Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing process: Planning and managing Recruitment procedures to fulfill the required Manpower in the company (planning, advertising, interviewing, selection, orientations and follow up) Planning and implementing the Recruitment plan Responsible for Searching New Channels for the Recruitment Process Build networks and posting advertisements for job posts in Social Media to find qualified candidates, managing the Recruitment Agencies Contracts. Find resources (Internal & External) and Selecting the suitable ones Screening CV’s to choose the best candidates from different sources, who are interested send the CV to recruitment@universalgroup.org
